Patriotic Service

     The Patriotic Service was held on May 23, 2010.  The speaker was M. Allan Casey who had served under General Patton in World War II. 
     This year's honored families of MLC were the families of J. Harlan Rademacher and Lonnie Ebeler.  Harlan had served in the European theater during World War II, traveling between France, Italy and Germany.  Lonnie had served in the Army in the Vietnam era and lost his life in 1962 while serving in Okinawa, Japan.
     Those attending the service were served pork sandwiches, chips, salads and desserts as the noon meal.
