Frances "Fran" E. Panko entered the Church Triumphant on August 17, 2013. Pastor Bruce Berggren presided at the August 24th memorial service at Martin Luther Church.
Fran was known for her excellent cooking and baking. She enjoyed politics and gardening along with being a devoted wife and mother. Fran and her husband, Delton, were thankful for 57 years of marriage and the MLC church family join her family in remembering the 79 years that she walked with God here on earth.
MLC church family extends sympathies to her husband, Delton; and to her children, Mark Panko and wife, Kim; Julie (Panko) Haberman and husband, Bob; Jane (Panko) Kuhl and husband, Gary; as well as her grandchildren, step grandchildren, great-grandchild, and step great-grandchildren. Delton, Jane and Gary Kuhl and granddaughters, Katie and Anna Kuhl are MLC members.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
From now on there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness,
which the LORD, the righteous judge, will give me on that day,
and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
From now on there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness,
which the LORD, the righteous judge, will give me on that day,
and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
2 Timothy 4:7-8
