In April, the Sunday School Children participated in an Easter Egg Hunt on the church grounds.  The picture above was taken just previous to the hunt.  This was just a part of their FunDay Sunday.  Crafts, games, singing and snacks are also a part of recent FunDays.

In May, the FunDay served as the wrap up to the Sunday School year.  Those in attendance that day voted on which animals would be purchased through Heifer International with the funds that had been collected during the weekly "Noisy Offering". With the offerings collected the children purchased a water buffalo, a pig, a goat, two flocks each of ducks and chickens and a hive of bees.  The purchases will help villages of people in other countries become self sufficient, gaining food and a possible source of money to buy other needed goods.  The "Noisy Offerings" will continue to be collected weekly for future purchases through Heifer International.
