We Help Others

This year the Tabitha Circle encouraged members to donate items for LWR School kits.  In all they put together 43 kits.  The Faith/Hope-Naomi/Ruth Circle assembled Health Kits from items that MLC members donated.  Soap for Lutheran World Relief was also collected in October.  Susan Piper and Cody Baack are pictured here sorting and packing the school supplies.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are excellent times to count our blessing and share.   Martin Luther Church members collected food items for the Nemaha and Johnson County Food Pantries.

In addition, the Tabitha Circle sold Watkins products in late summer.  All proceeds were split between ELCA World Hunger Fund, and the Nemaha and Johnson County Food Pantries.
